LongHorn Steakhouse in LaGrange

Customer Service was Awesome but our food wasn't on point at all. I have visited this location serval times first time this happened. Lamchops was too pink very thin lot of fat reorder Rib very dry. Maybe better next time 🙄😕🤷🏿‍♀️

After being in the house 2 months because of the virus, we have broken ALL RULES !! And went out and Had Steak!! Delicious!! So glad Longhorn was our first meal of choice. Thank you Longhorn!!

This place is a joke. Order my steak med and the first one was burnt on one side and other side was raw. Second one was still rare. Manager here is a joke. Will never go back to a long horn ever again. The manager told me that I was wrong about the steak. Bad bad. At least our server was very nice.

Love the food and ambiance. But we didn't stay because it is too pricey for our budget. Sorry folks, but $20+ per person for the lowest priced meal and drink is wasting money.

My steak should have been medium well; the first time it came out it was well done, the second time it could have still been mooing. The service was great though!

My husband and I came in today around 3 o’clock. The wait was not long at all and we were sat almost immediately. We were sat in the very back corner of the restaurant by the bathrooms which wasn’t an issue at all to us. They were busy, but there were servers walking past us constantly. We sat and waited for someone to take our drink orders for 15 minutes, but we knew they were busy so we kept waiting. The final straw for my husband was when another couple was seated directly beside us and was immediately helped and we were still waiting. The hostess saw we still had menus and no drinks and tried to find a server but by then my husband was ready to leave. We’ve been coming here for years and have never had any issues until today. After this, I think they’ve lost us for good.

My steak was great. Our waitress Katy was very good. Excellent. And I might add very pretty.

Food took very long to get but was good when it did come.

This night was for Valentine's! It was especially good. The steak was so tender and the backed potato loaded. The bread was warm and soft with butter. Yummy!!!!

Took entirely too long for the to get out I had eaten the salad and side and had a whole 15 mins in between before the food finally got there. It wasnt even busy waiter was super nice though

Not going back. Some friends took us and it was fine. But when we went back, we noticed that nothing seems to have been cleaned properly, probably ever. And the entire place has a musty dank smell, from the bathroom to the front. Not worth getting sick for the mediocre food.

Great Service and Meal was Excellent

Waited for service too long. Steak cold and no well cooked. Asked for medium get an almost rear. Server was polite. Not coming back.

My steak was grilled to perfection, you must try spicy shrimp appetizer. The atmosphere relaxed ,the waitress was attentive. I will be returning LongHorn Steakhouse

You only get 1 chance to impress. Steak was good, service was lacking. No bread offered at arrival, drink never refilled. Disappointing!!

I ordered here for lunch. I enjoyed the chicken sandwich and sweet potato. My coworker enjoyed her parmesan chicken with broccoli. Everything was hot and good. The waitress was friendly and attentive.

I haven’t ever had a bad experience with this long horn ever. You guys are by far the best even the staff. The food is always on point and served hot and fresh. Keep up the good work even during these hard times.

Visited this unit with family members. Customer service was outstanding! Server took great care of us. Ordered steaks with the appropriate sides. My wife ordered FRIED lobster tail. Special request. Not on the normal menu. She loves it! I tasted it. Very delicious! Did not get 5 stars because it is my opinion that the chain needs to update the decor. Dingy. Cool-looking. Non-appealling.

Its been a while since I’ve been to an Long Horn Steakhouse but I️ decided to stop by on my way back home. I️ got the 6oz Filet and Lobster tail. The food was seasoned correctly and cooked exactly to order. I also had the nachos which were amazing as well. I will be stopping back by soon.

Steak was only ok, I've had better at golden corral. Overcharged my wife's steak, she asked for smaller portion and got the biggest they offer. I'd rather cook myself or go somewhere else and save $$$.

Food and service was great. The only complaint I had was I ordered a Ribeye Medium Rare and they gave me a New York strip cooked Medium. I was on a time constraint so I just ate it. It was really good... Just not what I ordered.

They need to have a walled off area for families with small children.

The first time at the Lagrange GA Longhorn. Service was outstanding and I'm not the easiest person to wait on. Food was excellent and timely. All stars for this restaurant.

Always sit at the bar. Great service from everyone. Front staff not so friendly.

This was good. Then my stake was just right they need to put more vegetables on the plate but it was real good

Food was good, but took almost an hour for take out....1 chicken salad, 1 salmon salad.

This is the best longhorn bar none in the the steaks taste better the service is better. I really enjoy the baked potatoes and the corn man these things are so good that make a Chihuahua break a logging chain! If you're looking for a good steak make the drive to LaGrange bypass Opelika

I highly recommend the Red Rock Grilled Shrimp over rice... it's my new favorite!!!

Always a great place to get some lunch. I tried the ribeye sandwich and it was excellent. It had cheese and sauteed onions on it. Mmm good.

Waiting for waitress, tried to figure out the most tender cut. I had not a clue. I asked her, and ordered as she suggested. It was tough, husband ate well.

This place was amazing the steak was unbelievable my wife got fancy chicken nuggets that were delicious the cokes we're good everything was good service was fine man we only waited a few minutes before we were seated usually there's always a 20 or 25 minute wait

The service was not good and neither was the food unfortunately. We depend on longhorn to be our go to dinner spot and it was just terrible tonight.

Meet my parents half way in Lagrange for a Valentine's day lunch on me. We all ordered something different and everyone's food was delicious, from salads to soup to hamburges to steaks. Bravo
